There is absolutely no doubt that your curiosity is clearly a sign of a deep calling in you. And that calling IS your intuition. So even if you aren’t yet aware of it, you ARE listening.

Have you noticed:

  • Pleasant sensations in your body that precede some decisions? Or perhaps you noticed a particular quality of light, smell or sensation on your skin? These can be intuitive signals that are affirming a choice you are making.
  • Similarly, you may have noticed tension or unpleasant sensations that preceded decision to turn someone or something down; while fear is not an intuitive signal, tension or discomfort may be an expression of “no.”
  • Of course you have noticed coincidences in your life; perhaps make a list of those coincidences and see if they may in fact be synchronicities?
  • Consider places you’d like to live or visit; pay attention to any sensations or images that come up while daydreaming about that place, and see if they have any meaning for you.

Your key question: Can I use my curiosity as motivation to pay significantly more attention, to everything?

  1. Consider setting an intention to get still and quiet and to listen to your intuition every day.
  2. Experiment with asking specific and relevant questions, and then listen/look for answers to show up.
  3. Take a risk and follow what might be intuition, and then see what happens. Keep a journal and write this down each time so you can see patterns.
  4. Be curious about what beliefs you may have about whether or not your intuition is real. If you have any limiting beliefs about your ability to connect to your intuition, these will definitely get in the way.
  5. Consider what it might be like to trust this source of wisdom inside of you, even if it’s only in the smallest ways. Focusing on this trust will enable it to begin to grow.

So What Now?

  • How do we know with certainty what’s being asked for next?
  • How can we trust that what we are hearing is actually our intuition?
  • How can we clear limiting beliefs about our intuition?
  • How can we trust it enough to actually follow it next time?
  • How do we differentiate intuitive wisdom from fear?
  • How we do take action in the midst of intense discomfort or fear?
